Job summary

UPS is seeking a skilled supervisor to oversee package handlers and clerks at our Texas facility. The role focuses on safety, productivity, training, attendance, and timecard submission, ensuring efficient daily operations.

Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, multitasking, and leadership abilities, with experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment and a Bachelor’s degree preferred. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Schertz, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International Equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Flexible shift hours up to 5 days per week.
• Strong problem solving skills with multitasking ability.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
