Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to train and oversee Package Handlers and Clerks, ensuring safety, productivity, and timely completion of tasks. The role holds teams accountable for attendance and accurate timecard submission.

The position requires lifting up to 70 lbs and flexibility to work up to five days per week in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Bachelor's degree or international equivalent is preferred, with management experience a plus.

Qualifications

Experience supervising staff or teams is preferred.
Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
Strong problem solving and communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay Range

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $26.25/hr to $42.65/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
