Job summary

UPS, a Fortune Global 500 organization, is seeking a supervisor for the Package Handlers and Clerks workforce in San Jose, CA. This role trains staff on safety and productivity, maintains attendance, and submits timecards.

You will lead daily activities, coordinate evaluations, and resolve package concerns while upholding UPS's ethical standards and high service levels.

Qualifications

Job Summary

Pay Range

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $26.25/hr to $42.65/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
