TeamHealth seeks a part-time physician to join our post-acute care team in Yakima, WA. You will round in skilled nursing facilities, provide medical directorship, and enjoy autonomy with strong earning potential plus monthly stipends for directorship.

You will join a multidisciplinary team, participate in onboarding, and access MDLA leadership opportunities and population health data reports to guide care decisions. This role emphasizes work-life balance and professional growth.

Formación

• Current WA medical license and DEA.
• Experience in post-acute, acute, ED, or clinic settings preferred, but not required; new grads welcome to apply.
• Strong clinical foundation and knowledge of regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a positive outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including histories and exams.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans.
• Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families on health management and prevention.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.
