Principal Objectives of the Porter

Principal Objective of Position: The Porter maintains the hallways, clubhouse, and other common areas of the property, and completes all cleaning functions necessary for turnover units and guest suites. The Porter contributes to the goals of satisfactory cash flow, positive resident relations, and optimal resident retention.

• Collaborate & Lead: Work with cross-functional teams to enhance community experiences and gather feedback.
• Monitor & Report: Track community metrics and provide insights for improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for Community Building: Genuine interest in creating meaningful connections and fostering inclusivity.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to connect effectively with people and convey messages clearly.

• Experience in Property Management: Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

Work Hours & Benefits:

• Hours: Monday - Friday, and every other Saturday, 8am - 12:30pm.
• Benefits: Holidays off.
• Compensation: $15 per hour.
