Job summary

Littlefishswimming is seeking a reliable Pool Care Technician to maintain and clean aquatic facilities across several sites in Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania. The role focuses on routine maintenance, water quality support, and scheduled cleaning outside lesson times.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel between Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to obtain pool care certification provided by the company.
• Ability to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled pool cleaning tasks (vacuuming, brushing, skimming, debris removal).
• Support water quality management including testing, chemical adjustments, and shocking under supervision.
• Inspect and troubleshoot pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorination systems.
• Keep pump rooms clean and compliant with standards.
• Conduct monthly external water testing and report results.
