Job summary

The MedServ Group is seeking a Podiatrist to join our team in the United States. The role involves evaluating and treating foot and leg conditions in a skilled nursing population, with emphasis on comprehensive elderly care.

This position offers part-time, 1099 contractual work with compensation per visit of $1100–$1250 and flexible scheduling, typically 9:00AM–5:00PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Podiatric Medicine (DPM) and active state license.
• 2 years plus experience in a clinic or hospital.
• Excellent knowledge of therapeutic and surgical treatments for the lower extremities.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Examining patient legs and feet to diagnose diseases.
• Treating foot and leg injuries such as fractures, corn and calluses.
• Referring out foot and ankle surgeries where necessary.
• Prescribing joint pain relief medication and foot orthoses to improve mobility.
• Advising patients on foot care and general wellness practices.
