Job summary

Covenant Living at Mount Miguel is seeking a Part-Time CNA for the PM shift to help in assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care. You will report to the nurse manager and provide daily direct resident care, assist with activities, dining, and light housekeeping, and help with transfers and basic personal care.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, completes an approved Nursing Assistant program, and is listed on the State Nursing Assistant Registry.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion and passing the test for an approved Nursing Assistant program in the State.
• Listed on the State’s Health Nursing Assistant Registry.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the nurse manager or on-duty licensed nurses.
• Provides direct care to residents daily.
• Assists with activities, light housekeeping, laundry, and dining services.
• Assists residents with basic personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, etc.).
• Maintains clean, orderly resident rooms and assists with linen and clothing care.
• May be cross trained in Assisted Living.
