Job summary
Club Pilates in San Mateo is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join their team. You will support the General Manager in achieving sales goals while maintaining excellent customer service. The role involves assisting with the sales process, conducting studio tours, and engaging with the community.
Ideal candidates will possess strong communication and sales skills, be goal-oriented, and be fluent in English. The position offers a part-time contract with hourly compensation of $18, plus commission on sales opportunities for growth within the studio.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.
- Attend special events and training as needed.
Responsibilities
- Execute full sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing sales.
- Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport.
- Be knowledgeable about products, programs, and pricing.
- Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
- Participate in grassroots/community events to promote the studio.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment.
