Job summary

The Jewish Community Center of Greater Baltimore is seeking a part-time Pickleball Coordinator to deliver high-quality pickleball programming at both JCC locations. You will teach classes, organize leagues and tournaments, and assist in program development and marketing under the Senior Director of Fitness.

Applicants should have prior pickleball teaching experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching pickleball to groups of 4–8 or more participants.
• Ability to develop and adapt pickleball curriculum for diverse communities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach pickleball classes, private lessons, and clinics for youth, teens, and adults.
• Plan, organize, and administer pickleball leagues and tournaments.
• Support program planning, policy development, and marketing with the Senior Director of Fitness.
• Maintain equipment inventory and ensure safety and good condition.
• Work evenings and weekends as needed.
