ABAC’s Department of Natural Sciences is home to an interdisciplinary group of scholars who work together to offer courses in support of our USG-approved Core Curriculum and the Biology B.S. degree. We seek qualified adjunct faculty to staff courses in Physics and Physical Science.

Part-time, temporary, adjunct faculty may instruct one or two courses a semester on an as-needed basis. These courses may be offered in a traditional format or online depending upon the need.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with a minimum of 18 credits of graduate coursework in physics, physical science or related discipline.
• Evidence of successful teaching of college-level courses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach physics or physical science courses as needed, one or two courses per semester.
• May teach in traditional format or online depending on need.
