Job summary

Mindrift connects medical professionals with US-based, project-based AI opportunities focused on health-focused training tasks. Physicians and licensed professionals may participate part-time on non-permanent projects across general medicine and specialties.

Tasks involve annotating AI outputs, creating challenging clinical scenarios, and refining scoring frameworks to improve AI performance. Contributors are paid per accepted task, with rates up to the equivalent of $240/hr.

Qualifications

• Must hold degree in Medicine or related field with clinical training that includes diagnosing and managing medical conditions.
• Current valid US medical license to practice (physician).
• Active clinical practice with 3+ years of hands-on experience; board certification is a plus.
• Strong written English (C1+); experienced professionals welcome.

Responsibilities

• Annotate and evaluate AI-generated health content, reviewing clinical responses for accuracy and safety.
• Create complex tasks that test AI agents with realistic, high-fidelity clinical scenarios.
• Build detailed task versions with scoring, and craft ambiguous variants to train AI with minimal hand-holding.
• Contribute to health-focused AI training projects across clinical tracks such as medicine, nursing, psychology, and dietetics.
