Projects are part-time and non-permanent, with compensation per accepted task; rates can reach up to $240/hr depending on task tier and performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Medicine, or a degree in a related field with clinical training.
• Active US medical license to practice.
• 3+ years of hands-on clinical experience.
• Strong written English (C1+).
• We welcome specialists and senior practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Annotate and evaluate AI-generated health content: review responses to clinical questions, assess medical accuracy and safety, and label outputs against criteria.
• Create complex, realistic tasks that push frontier AI agents to their limits with clinical scenarios.
• Build a detailed version with objective scoring, then write an ambiguous version to train AI with less hand-holding.
