We’re hiring Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) for our outpatient clinic in Goldsboro! Whether you want a full-time role or just a few shifts per week, we offer flexible options to fit your schedule — and new graduates are welcome.
Part-Time / Per Diem:
Flexible evening shifts (e.g., 12–6 p.m.)
Option to work just 1 day per week or as few as 5–20 hours per week
Ideal for balancing family, school, or other commitments
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: $30–$35/hour

Requirements:
Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (or Physical Therapist) – required
CPR Certification – preferred
Ability to commute or relocate to Goldsboro, NC 27534 before starting

Active North Carolina Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license (or eligible)
CPR certification (preferred but not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and the rehab team
Ability to follow treatment plans developed by supervising Physical Therapists
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including occasional evening shifts or limited weekly hours if part-time
Reliable transportation and ability to commute to our Goldsboro, NC clinic
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
