Qualifications

• Assist physical therapists in developing and modifying individualized treatment plans.
• Perform therapy interventions under supervision, including exercises, stretches, and modalities.
• Monitor and record resident progress and communicate changes to the team.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate treatment session records and resident data.
• Participate in staff development to stay current with best practices.

Responsabilités

• Assist physical therapists with development, implementation, and modification of individualized treatment plans for residents
• Perform physical therapy interventions under the supervision of licensed physical therapists, including exercises, stretches, and modalities
• Monitor and record resident progress, reporting changes and concerns to the physical therapy team
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication
