• Document clinical assessments, treatment progress, and discharge planning in EHRs.
• Operate medical equipment safely during therapy sessions.
• Communicate clearly with patients and families about procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate inpatient, outpatient, home health, or pediatric care.
• Maintain compliance with medical terminology standards and documentation protocols.
