Job summary

Oasis Therapy Services in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, seeks a Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to provide one-on-one rehabilitation in an assisted living/memory care setting. You will work under a licensed PT to implement treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and safe transfers.

Responsibilities include monitoring patient responses, documenting progress in Net Health, and educating residents and caregivers on exercises and safe movement.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin PTA license required.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• CPR certification current required.
