Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Valid PTA license in the state of practice.
• Ability to assist with therapy plans and documentation as prescribed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing PT care plans as prescribed by therapists and physicians.
• Perform clinical tasks, document timely and accurately per policy.
• Follow policies and procedures within scope of practice.
• Identify priorities in patient care and respond accordingly.
• Complete orientation, in-services, and trainings on schedule.
• Perform other related duties as directed by supervisor.
