Job summary

Athletico in Mesa, AZ is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, prepare them for therapy, and assist with treatments in a clinic setting.

You will help with scheduling, documentation, and inventory, while maintaining a clean, organized workspace and demonstrating compassionate patient care during sessions.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or intern preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists clinicians.
• Motivates and assists patients with exercises under supervision.
• Administers routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Restocks supplies and maintains restrooms.
• Assists with phones, scheduling, and filing.
• Tracks non-medical and medical supplies and may order inventory.
