Key Rehab in Conrad, IA is seeking a Part Time Physical Therapist to join our SNF and Home Health settings. Earn up to $48 per hour and qualify for a $3,000 sign-on bonus, with a flexible weekend schedule to support childcare.

The role requires graduation from an accredited PT program and an active PT license in Iowa. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, supervise PTAs, and collaborate with an inter-disciplinary team to help patients reach their goals.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program is required.
• Current PT license in the state of practice.
• Adherence to Code of Ethical Conduct and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate each patient and create treatment plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise PTAs within the facilities.
• Work in Home Health and SNF settings with a weekend schedule to help childcare.
