You will assess patients, provide therapy, and educate families in a senior living setting across Elison Marietta and Cedar Grove, with a competitive hourly rate and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Split between two campuses, the role emphasizes mobility, balance, and rehab in geriatrics, with strong collaboration with nurses and caregivers.

Formación

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist or license eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation and patient education skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients' mobility, strength and function to tailor therapy plans.
• Deliver exercises, manual therapy and education to improve outcomes.
• Maintain accurate treatment docs, progress notes and compliance.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
