Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid Physical Therapist License in the State of West Virginia.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate patient needs.
• Design and implement customized and medically prescribed therapy programs.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies.
