Qualifications

• Current CPR/BLS (preferred)
• PT licensure in state of practice
• 2+ years of outpatient orthopedic PT experience
• Internship/mentorship with EXOS experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of rehabilitation system in compliance with laws and regulations
• Review referrals and records to determine treatment requirements
• Conduct patient tests, measurements and evaluations to guide treatment plans
• Provide and document treatments, motivate patients to achieve goals
• Screen athletes and develop prehabilitation protocols as needed
• Supervise PTA or staff and ensure proper patient care
• Document daily progress and complete billing procedures timely
• Collaborate with other medical staff regarding patient status
• Build relationships with external medical support staff
• Support billing processes when requested
