Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and deliver physical therapy programs to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Conduct examinations, evaluations and interventions for clients/patients/residents.
• Educate clients/families on treatment plans and home exercises; document information for evaluation.
• Possibly supervise assistants and peers; may cover multiple settings as needed.
