Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants and aides to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include clinical care, documentation, leadership, and compliance with state laws and regulations. The role requires CAPTE-accredited education, licensure, CPR, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and remain active (standing/walking) throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
