Zaddy Solutions is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services at our Oakland clinic. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants to ensure patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include clinical care, documentation, leadership, and compliance with state Acts and regulations. Must have CAPTE-accredited degree, licensure, CPR, and strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently and remain active during shift.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
