Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to join our in-facility rehab team at Country Meadows of Leader Heights. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to help patients get well and restore their independence.

We support a mentorship for new grads, offer CEUs, visa sponsorship, and a referral bonus program. This is a part-time role in a skilled nursing/therapy setting in York, PA with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• Must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• Must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy services to patients.
• Collaborate with caregivers and team members.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
