Job summary

Kindred Greensboro is seeking a Part-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join Lifepoint Rehabilitation. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, provide direct care to restore strength and mobility, educate patients on home exercise programs, and work in a rehab setting with a collaborative team.

Experience in rehab setting preferred. You will document sessions, track outcomes, participate in discharge planning, and collaborate with the rehab team to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Document treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
