Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a part-time role in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care setting. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
