Job summary

Las Vegas Home Health Care Inc is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Physical Therapist in Henderson, NV to join our outpatient care team. You will conduct patient evaluations, develop individualized care plans, and provide evidence-based interventions with a focus on autonomy and compassionate care.

We offer flexible scheduling (15–25 hours/week), minimal administrative burden, and access to collaborative colleagues.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MPT).
• Active Nevada Physical Therapist License in good standing (or eligible).
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• 1+ years outpatient experience preferred; new grads with strong rotations encouraged.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient engagement skills; proficiency with digital documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop personalized, evidence-based PT care plans.
• Administer targeted interventions, manual therapy, and corrective exercise programs.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with referring physicians and clinical staff.
