Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is required; or foreign equivalent.
• Two years' Physical Therapy experience is preferred.
• Current Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice is required.
• CPR or BLS certification is required per AH policy.

Responsibilities

• Completes evaluations to establish individualized treatment plans.
• Provides therapy interventions and discharge plans, communicates with involved parties.
• Completes clinical documentation within established deadlines.
• Supervises assigned assistants.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
