The role requires graduation from a CAPTE-accredited program, current state licensure, CPR certification, and strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills. You must be able to lift 50 lbs and remain active during shifts.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Licensure: Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Skills: Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Physical Ability: Lift 50 lbs independently and remain active (standing/walking) throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Leadership: Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Compliance: Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
