Job summary

Responsibilities include documentation, progress reviews, and patient education. A strong patient focus and professional communication with physicians and staff are essential in delivering high‑quality care.

Qualifications

• Must hold state Physical Therapy licensure.
• Graduate from an accredited PT program.
• Current BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Physical therapy evaluation and treatment as ordered by prescribing physician.
• Participate in treatment reviews and ongoing patient care reassessments.
• Educate patient and caregiver(s).
• Accurate documentation for billing purposes.
• Direct and assist therapy staff as necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, physicians and employees.
• Engage in facility in‑service activities and education.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a safe, clean working environment.
