Job summary

Tri-State Orthopaedics is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist for the Seven Fields location. This role focuses on musculoskeletal rehab within a collaborative orthopaedic setting.

You will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, coordinate with physicians, and provide home exercise instruction, while maintaining EMR documentation to ensure efficient, high-quality recovery and communication with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Providing physical therapy services including patient evaluations and follow-up treatment. Developing the plan of care and revising as necessary.
• Assisting in returning patients to an optimum and productive level within the patient's capabilities.
• Consulting with physicians regarding progress and changes in treatment and assisting physician with evaluating level of function to achieve maximum function for every patient.
• Performing skilled evidence-based procedures as ordered by the treating physician.
• Preparing daily clinical notes and routine progress reports. Proficient with EMR.
• Instructing patients and family regarding in-home exercise programs and activities of daily living.
