Job summary

Therapeutic Associates Richland Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. Base compensation is $38.50-$45.00 per hour. As a PT-owned organization, we support clinicians with 1:1 patient care, realistic productivity, AI-supported documentation, and robust CE options.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license, or anticipated completion of DPT program requirements and licensing examinations within six months.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
• Desire to continuously learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, evidence-based care that helps patients achieve their functional goals.
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery expectations, and injury prevention.
• Manage a diverse caseload while maintaining high standards of clinical quality and patient experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues and referral partners to provide coordinated patient care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Support Therapeutic Associates' mission, values, and commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
