Join Our Dynamic Physical Therapy Team in Northern California! From first steps to everyday routines, your impact happens where children feel most at home. We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to deliver home-based Early Start services, with the opportunity to grow your caseload over time and step into supervision if desired.

Salary

• Range $47.50 - $53.47 per hour, contingent upon experience, credentialing, education, and use of a second language (50% of the time)

Expectations

• Provide individualized and skilled physical therapy services for individuals with physical challenges and needs.
• Treat and care for patients who are babies, toddlers, children, teenagers, and young adults dealing with conditions related to genetic, developmental, neurological, and orthopedic disorders.
• Use expertise in movement and apply clinical reasoning through the process of examination, evaluation, diagnosis, and intervention.
• Promote health and wellness by implementing a wide variety of support for children from infancy through adolescence in collaboration with their families and other medical, educational, developmental, and rehabilitation specialists.

Minimum Requirements

• Physical Therapist License / Certification
• Access to a mobile phone (for email) and basic internet (if working offsite)
• A valid driver’s license and appropriate automobile insurance with limits that allow driving a personal vehicle for work (25/50k liability coverage)
• Must clear a current background check through the FBI and DOJ
• A current TB test

• Moderate to loud noise levels and physical demands may vary
• Working with individuals exhibiting diverse behaviors and needs
