Job summary

The University of La Verne seeks a Phonathon Manager for a seasonal part-time role (20 hours/week, max 5 hours/day) during February–May and September–December. You will oversee call-center productivity and student staff, and help set strategies to reach dollar and donor goals.

You will work with the Director of Leadership and Annual Giving and the Associate Director on recruitment, coaching, and ensuring center upkeep and organized materials and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least one year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work evening and weekend hours (phonathon schedule).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily productivity of the call center and student staff.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet donor and dollar goals.
• Support professional development of student fundraisers.
• Maintain phonathon center and organize materials and equipment.
• Collaborate with Director and Associate Director on recruiting, hiring, and coaching.
