Job summary

Central Carolina Technical College is seeking to build an active pool of qualified Adjunct Faculty for temporary, part-time positions to teach Phlebotomy theory and practice. The instructor will lecture, demonstrate, supervise simulation, assist with clinical placement, and handle attendance, grading, equipment inventories, and related administrative tasks to meet college standards.

The role requires completion of a Phlebotomy Technician program with national certification and at least 3 years

Qualifications

• Completion of a Phlebotomy Technician program and hold a national certification in Phlebotomy with at least 3 years of work experience.
• Preferred: Associates degree with prior higher education teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Lecture, demonstrate, supervise simulation, and assist with clinical placement.
• Manage attendance, grading, equipment and supplies inventories, and other administrative teaching tasks.
