Precision Diagnostics, based in San Diego, CA, is seeking a Part-Time Specimen Collector Phlebotomist to join our Allen, TX team. You will collect and process patient specimens, verify demographics, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA while delivering compassionate patient care.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license. Schedule is Mon/Fri 8am-5pm and Tue/Thu 1pm-3pm, with a pay rate of $21.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, label, package, and ship laboratory specimens in accordance with SOPs.
• Verify and document patient demographics and information.
• Enter orders and maintain accurate specimen/patient documentation.
• Maintain specimen integrity and proper handling, storage, and transportation.
• Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA and other healthcare regulations.
• Provide professional, courteous patient interaction during specimen collection.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff and clients to support operations.
