Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a Part-Time Phlebotomist to support research activities at Spring House, PA. The role offers a consistent three-day-per-week schedule (Mon-Thu options) with hours 7:30 AM–12:30 PM, totaling 15 hours weekly. Employment type is contract, onsite, with a pay rate of $26/hr.

The ideal candidate will perform venipuncture, manage donor schedules, obtain informed consent, and document samples per FDA tracking logs while adhering to SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience performing venipuncture and blood collection.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Familiar with SOPs, research protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and collect samples per approved protocols.
• Use electronic donor scheduling system to manage daily schedules.
• Administer informed consent forms and address questions.
• Document samples using FDA tracking logs.
• Maintain documentation and records.
• Conduct quarterly lab safety checks.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect volunteers' privacy.
• Follow GxP, FDA, HIPAA, OSHA, IRB requirements.
• Work under supervision with day-to-day autonomy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
