Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage at multiple locations and work flexible hours.
• Interact courteously with customers and seek feedback.
• Instruct patients on special collections and venipuncture procedures.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain confidentiality.
• Perform specimen collection, labeling, and data entry accurately.
• Register patients and assist as receptionist when needed.
• Maintain phlebotomy area and stock supplies; follow safety protocols.
