Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Positively identify patient before collecting specimens.
• Collect blood specimens using correct tubes and handling.
• Label specimens accurately for testing.
• Collect urine drug screens as required.
• Perform clerical tasks within the lab as needed.
• Assist and train phlebotomy staff as directed.
