Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy teams at retail locations. You will assist with prescription processing, patient interactions, and ensuring safe, accurate dispensing in a fast-paced environment.

As part of the team, you will follow SOPs, assist with inventory, and help deliver immunizations and other services where allowed, while maintaining patient privacy and safety. A rigorous training program ensures licensing and certification requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements, including age, education and licensure/certification
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state
• Strong customer service and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team in safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Provide empathetic customer service at pick-up and drive-thru
• Follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines to ensure patient safety
• Assist with inventory tasks and communication with patients
• Contribute to a high-performing team and flexible scheduling
• Assist with immunizations and point-of-care services where allowed
• Maintain accurate documentation and protect patient privacy
