Qualifications

• Meets all state requirements to work as Pharmacy Technician.
• Must obtain National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB/PTCE) or ExCPT (NHA) within 9 months of job entry.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases by operating a cash register and handling payments.
• Maintain pharmacy merchandise presentation and inventory as directed by policy and receiving shipments.
• Assist with prescription fulfillment, insurance claims, and handling third-party rejections.
• Provide patient service at the pharmacy drop-off and pickup windows while protecting HIPAA privacy.

Education
