Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements, including licensure/certification as applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• Experience in retail pharmacy or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team in delivering accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Support inventory activities and adherence to SOPs.
• Assist with immunizations and point-of-care services where allowed by law.
