Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Certified Pharmacy Technician certification.
• 1–2 years of Pharmacy Experience in a retail or hospital setting.
• Knowledge of Medical Prescriptions processing and Medication Dispensation.
• Familiarity with Pharmacy Systems and electronic health records.
• Strong mathematics for accurate dosage calculations and billing.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare Medical Prescriptions for Medication Dispensation with proper packaging and labeling.
• Provide excellent Customer Service by addressing patient inquiries and processing transactions.
• Assist pharmacists with tasks to optimize patient care and pharmacy Operations.
• Manage Inventory Management processes including receiving, unpacking, stocking and organizing Pharmaceuticals and supplies.
• Maintain Workflow Management to ensure efficient task completion and scheduling compliance.
• Perform Clerical Works such as data entry, record-keeping and managing patient profiles in Pharmacy Systems.
