Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for part-time support in our stores. You will assist the pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, provide compassionate patient service, and help manage inventory and immunization support as needed.

The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs, regulatory requirements, and teamwork while delivering a consistently positive patient experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements and be at least 16 years old if required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• State board licensure requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Live our SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists in patient care.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver empathetic, personalized patient experiences at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Perform basic inventory tasks including cycle counts and returns-to-stocks as directed.
• Support immunizations and other eligible pharmacy services where allowed.
