Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support Pharmacists in patient health management.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Contribute to positive patient experiences with empathy and care across pick-up, drive-thru, and phone interactions.
• Complete basic inventory activities and assist with returns-to-stocks and cycle counts.
• Support immunizations and other services where allowed by law and trained.
