Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures to ensure safe prescription fulfillment.
• Assist patients with empathy and provide caring service at pick-up, drive-thru, or phone.
• Contribute to inventory tasks including receiving deliveries and cycle counts.
• Be flexible to travel to stores in the market to meet business needs.
• Comply with all laws and CVS policies to protect patient privacy and safety.
• Support additional health services such as immunizations where permitted by law.
