Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in daily operations to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide friendly customer service and answer patient questions at the counter.
• Support inventory tasks, shelving, and order processing as directed by the pharmacy team.
• Follow SOPs and maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Assist with immunizations and point-of-care services where licensed and trained.
